  • Scam Awareness: If a job seems suspicious (e.g., asking for money for “processing fees” or “security deposits”), we strongly advise you not to proceed. GeoArth is NOT associated with any such fraudulent activities.
  • No Liability: GeoArth shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or fraudulent activity arising from your interaction with third-party listings on this platform.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating your profile. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Ensuring your CV and profile data are truthful and accurate.

3. Recruiter Obligations

If you are using the platform as a recruiter:

  • You represent that you have the authority to post on behalf of the company mentioned.
  • You agree not to post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal job listings.
  • You shall not charge candidates any fees for recruitment through this platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to spread misinformation.
  • Attempt to scrape data or interfere with the platform’s security.
  • Post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or infringing on intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoArth provides the platform “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or that job applications will result in employment.
